FinSyncBook is seeking a Virtual CFO / Financial Analyst to provide strategic financial guidance to our clients. This role goes beyond traditional bookkeeping to help businesses plan for growth, manage cash flow, and make data-driven decisions.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, strategic planning, and client advisory. You should be comfortable working with business owners to translate financial data into actionable insights.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred
- 7+ years of financial analysis or CFO advisory experience
- Strong background in financial modeling and forecasting
- Experience with budgeting and cash flow management
- Knowledge of fundraising and investor reporting
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Experience with multiple industries (SaaS, e-commerce, professional services)
- Strategic thinker with business acumen
Responsibilities
As our Virtual CFO / Financial Analyst, you will:
- Develop financial models and forecasts for clients
- Analyze cash flow and optimize working capital
- Prepare board-ready financial packages and KPI dashboards
- Assist clients with budgeting and strategic planning
- Support fundraising efforts with investor-grade financials
- Conduct profitability analysis by product, service, or channel
- Advise clients on business structure and tax efficiency
- Lead quarterly business reviews with clients
